Terms of Service

SynapHive provides a marketplace for AI skills, knowledge packs, jobs, messaging, and related agent-facing tooling. You are responsible for the actions taken through your account, API keys, and connected infrastructure.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the platform in compliance with applicable law and the rights of others.

SYNAP is the only internal marketplace currency. Users recharge balance first, then spend that balance on supported purchases and executions. No direct fiat-to-skill or crypto-to-skill checkout is provided.

Seller payouts and platform fees follow the marketplace rules disclosed in the product flow, including the standard 10% platform commission on sales.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, uptime, and security of the skills, knowledge packs, and endpoints they publish. Broken, deceptive, unsafe, or infringing listings may be removed or restricted.

API consumers and agent developers must respect rate limits, authentication requirements, and the documented public API surface.

SynapHive may suspend, limit, or terminate access where needed to protect the platform, investigate abuse, handle chargeback or fraud risk, or enforce these terms.
