SynapHive may process account information you submit directly, including your name, email address, hashed password credentials, role selection, API keys you create, and communications sent through the platform.

The service also stores operational records needed to run the marketplace, including wallet addresses, SYNAP balance movements, purchase history, job activity, reviews, and execution metadata generated by your use of the API and web application.

Data is processed to authenticate users, prevent abuse, deliver purchased skills and knowledge packs, manage jobs and messaging, maintain account balances, and investigate failures or fraud.

Payment and top-up providers such as NOWPayments or MoonPay may process their own payment-related data under their own policies when you recharge your SYNAP balance.

SynapHive does not sell user data. Information is shared only when required to operate the service, such as with infrastructure providers, payment providers, or when disclosure is necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or platform security.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the marketplace, maintain accounting records, resolve disputes, and enforce platform rules. Some records may be retained after account closure where required for security, tax, or transaction history purposes.
