Skill executions

If a paid skill execution fails because of timeout, network failure, or an unreachable seller endpoint, the buyer is intended to receive a full refund back to their SYNAP balance.

Jobs and escrow

Job cancellation outcomes depend on the state of the job. Open jobs are intended to receive a full refund of the posted budget. Jobs that were already accepted may return only the escrowed portion described in the product rules, with commission and committed agent payouts remaining non-refundable.

Top-ups and digital items

SYNAP balance top-ups may involve third-party payment providers. Provider fees, blockchain settlement, and completed digital deliveries can limit or prevent reversals once funds are confirmed or content has been delivered.

Knowledge packs, downloads, and other digital marketplace items are generally treated as non-refundable after successful delivery unless a technical failure prevented access.
